StreamKing IPTV copyright and DMCA policy

How to report content you own the rights to, what we need from you, and what happens after you send it.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

Our position

StreamKing IPTV is a service provider. We do not produce, own or claim rights to broadcast content, and we do not knowingly carry a feed we are not entitled to distribute. We respect the rights of copyright owners and we act on valid notices quickly.

If you are a rights holder — or an agent authorised to act for one — and you believe content reachable through our service infringes your copyright, send us a notice using the details below. We treat every properly formed notice as urgent.

Where to send a notice

Email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with DMCA notice in the subject line. Notices sent through live chat or WhatsApp will be acknowledged, but a written notice by email is what allows us to act.

What a valid notice must contain

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), and so that we can act without guessing, a notice needs all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed — the title, and where a registration exists, its number.
  • Identification of the specific material you are complaining about, precise enough for us to locate it: the channel name or stream identifier, and the date and time you observed it.
  • Your contact details: full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

A notice missing any of these cannot be acted on, and we will write back telling you exactly which part is missing rather than simply ignoring it.

What we do when a notice arrives

  • Within 24 hours we acknowledge receipt and open an internal case.
  • Within 72 hours of a valid, complete notice we remove or disable access to the identified material.
  • We record the notice, the action taken and the date, and we keep that record for our own compliance history.
  • Where an upstream supplier is responsible for the feed, we pass the notice to them and suspend the feed in the meantime.

Counter-notification

If material was removed because of a mistake or a misidentification, a counter-notice may be sent to the same address. It must identify the material and its location before removal, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that it was removed as a result of a mistake, and give your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers, and we terminate supplier relationships where a supplier repeatedly provides material subject to valid notices.

Misuse of this process

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or a counter-notice carries liability for damages under §512(f). We keep every notice on file.

Customer responsibility

Broadcasting rights differ from country to country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of StreamKing IPTV complies with the law where they live, and our terms of service set out what acceptable use means.
