StreamKing IPTV terms of service
What we provide, what we ask of you, and how either of us can end the arrangement. Short, and written to be read.

1. Who these terms are between
These terms apply between StreamKing IPTV (“we”, “us”) and you, the subscriber, from the moment you request a trial or place an order on streamkingiptv.net. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. What we provide
A subscription gives you access to a live television and on-demand catalogue over the internet, for the number of simultaneous connections and the period you paid for. We provide access to the service; we do not produce or own the broadcast content, and the catalogue changes as broadcasters change their line-ups.
We aim for 99.9% availability and design the network for it, but no internet service can promise a perfect stream on every connection at every moment. A stream depends on your own bandwidth, your local network and the broadcaster’s own feed.
3. Connections and devices
A connection is one screen playing at a time. You may install your line on as many of your own devices as you wish, but not more than your purchased number may play simultaneously. Lines are for private household use.
4. What we ask of you
- Keep your credentials to yourself. Sharing, reselling or publishing your line is the one thing that gets an account terminated without a refund.
- Do not record, rebroadcast, restream or redistribute content received through the service.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to interfere with, probe or overload our infrastructure.
- Check that your use complies with the broadcasting and copyright law where you live. Rights differ by country and that responsibility is yours.
- Give us accurate details. A wrong email address means a line you never receive.
5. Payment
Nothing is charged on this website. You send an order, we reply with the payment options available in your country, and the line is activated once payment is settled. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and are one-off payments for the period chosen. There is no automatic renewal, no stored card and no setup fee.
6. Trials
A free trial is offered at our discretion, is limited to one per household, and gives access to the full catalogue for a short evaluation period. It requires no payment details and ends by itself.
7. Refunds
- If a fault on our side prevents the service from working and we cannot resolve it, we refund the unused portion of the current period.
- We do not refund where the problem is an insufficient or unstable internet connection, unsupported hardware, or a change of mind after a working line has been delivered — which is exactly why the free trial exists.
- We do not refund an account terminated for sharing, reselling or restreaming.
- Refund requests should be made within 7 days of the problem arising.
8. Support
Support is included for the life of the subscription, in English, through live chat, WhatsApp and contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. We answer around the clock and aim to reply within a couple of hours at worst.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches section 4, that is used fraudulently, or where a chargeback is raised on a delivered service. You may stop using the service at any time; because nothing renews automatically, that simply means not ordering again.
10. Changes to the service
Channels and on-demand titles come and go at the broadcasters’ discretion. We may add, remove or replace feeds, and we may change server infrastructure. We will not materially reduce what you have already paid for without telling you.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed broadcasts.
12. Copyright complaints
Rights holders should follow the procedure on our DMCA page. We act on valid, complete notices within 72 hours.
13. Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use StreamKing IPTV after a change means you accept it.
